Do you really come to the house?
Yes. Home visits are a core service for patients who cannot easily travel. If your loved one needs care at home or in a facility, call us and we will coordinate the next step.
Do you accept Medicare?
Yes — we accept Medicare and most major plans. Call us and we'll verify coverage before the first visit so there are no surprises.
How fast can you see a new patient?
Facility referrals are reviewed quickly, and urgent post-hospital or high-risk patients are prioritized.
Can you be our facility's medical director?
Very likely. Dr. Zock currently serves facilities across five counties. Use the facility referral form or call the office to start the conversation.
