Program description
iHealth Clinics provides conversational, low-volume text messaging for appointment requests and reminders, scheduling, referrals, medical-records request status, prescription-refill coordination, billing questions, care coordination, and replies to patient-initiated support requests. We do not use this program for affiliate marketing.
How to opt in
You may opt in by selecting the affirmative SMS-consent choice on an iHealth Clinics website form or by texting START to an SMS-enabled iHealth Clinics number. Consent is not a condition of treatment or purchase. Only provide a number you are authorized to use.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies according to your requests and care-coordination needs. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to opt out. After opting out, you may reply START to opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance, call (281) 896-8915, or email med@ihealthcid.com.
Privacy and sensitive information
We do not sell or share mobile information, text-message opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers only to deliver and support the messaging program. SMS is not appropriate for emergencies or detailed medical information; call 911 for an emergency and use an approved secure channel for protected health information.
Eligibility and changes
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. We may change or discontinue the messaging program or these terms. Material updates will be posted on this page.
