Dr. Rémy Zock, MD

Dr. Zock has spent 15+ years caring for the patients medicine too often leaves behind: elders with dementia, families navigating end-of-life decisions, and patients who can no longer travel to a clinic. He serves as medical director for long-term care facilities across five counties and personally rounds at nursing homes, assisted living communities, and patient homes.

His philosophy is simple: every patient deserves a physician who shows up — in person, on time, and with a plan the family understands.
